Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we handle refunds as follows.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If a product isn’t what you expected, email [hello@your-domain.ca] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund it. We may decline repeat or abusive requests (for example, buying and refunding the whole catalogue).

Faulty or wrong files

If a file is corrupt, incomplete or not what was described, we’ll replace it or refund you in full, at any time.

Duplicate purchases

Bought the same thing twice, or bought an item already included in a bundle you own? We’ll refund the duplicate.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans: cancel any time; no partial-month refunds. Annual plans: full refund if requested within 14 days of the first charge or of a renewal. 90-Day Exam Pass: full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Access to refunded downloads is removed.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your province.
