Products

All products are digital downloads (PDF) or time-limited digital access (All-Access memberships and the 90-Day Exam Pass). Nothing physical is shipped.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST/HST and, where applicable, PST are calculated at checkout based on your province. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Your order is confirmed when payment is approved.

Delivery

Download links appear immediately after checkout, are emailed to you, and stay available in your account library. Contact us if a link fails.

Subscriptions

The Monthly and Annual All-Access plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. We will email you before an annual renewal. The 90-Day Exam Pass does not renew.

Licence

Each purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the material for their own study. You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files, or use them for group or commercial teaching without a written licence.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law in your province.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
